Lesley Brander has been in the entertainment business for over forty years.  Starting out as an actress working in television, Lesley then started coaching actors on sets as well as managing and producing projects for Jena Malone’s company Spilt Milk.  She has also produced several short films that played the festival circuit.

While set coaching, Lesley has worked with many actors such as Kevin Costner, Octavia Spencer, Sly Stallone, Jena Malone, Melanie Griffith, Tia and Tamera Mowry, Ashley Tisdale, Dorian Harewood, Christina Vidal, Nia Sioux, as well as sports and political figures.  

As an entertainment manager, Lesley’s goal is to work with a small, diverse group of talent whom she can help grow, guiding their careers while navigating all aspects of the entertainment business.

She believes in complete honesty with her clients and a strong bond of trust. Having been a coach also allows her to delve into characters with clients on their auditions and self tapes. 

She prides herself on her established relationships with actors, studio heads, producers, show runners, directors, and writers.
